The West Virginia Legislature is considering a bill to stop people from talking on their cell phones while driving. Obviously this is a safety concern, but aren't they going a little too far? How is talking on your phone any more distracting than talking to someone else in the car? If they're going to ban cell phones, what about eating, putting on your makeup, and all the other distractions we see people do?
They are also considering giving themselves a nice raise. With this tough economy are they really concentration on the right things for West Virginians? What do you think? |
